Specifications


1. Steel Framework (standard):

  1. Designed for a roof live-load of 40 psf(195.2kg/mē).
  2. 1.2 Designed for a wind load of 20 psf(97.6 kg/mē).
  3. 1.3 Stuctural parts are made of steel. Coated with protective paint, the steel conforms to ASTM-A-36 and/or CSA G40.12.
  4. 1.4 Welding conforms to section W47 of the Canadian Welding Bureau.

2. Exterior Finish (standard):

  • Roof and walls: galvanized steel .020 (.51 mm) thick.
     
  • Baked enamel finish available in a choice of 4 colors.

3. Insulation

  • Standard: Mineral wool with RFFRK vapour barrier .004, R-12 (RS1 2.1).
  • Option available in R-14 (RS1 2.45) and R-20 (RS1 3.5).

4. Interior Finish (standard):

  • With insulated roof and walls only: galvanized or baked enamel steel .018 (.46 mm) thick.

5. Flashings:

  • Preformed and precut in required lengths in galvanized or baked enamel finish.

6. Service Doors:

  • Galvanized steel 36" x 84" (900 mm x 2100 mm) or 42" x 84" (1050 mm x 2100 mm) with 1 3/4" (44 mm) insulation. Steel frame included.


7. Sliding Doors:

  • In galvanized steel and heavy-duty frame with 2" (50 mm) insulation.
  • 12' x 12' (3.6 m x 3.6 m)
  • 16' x 14' (4.8 m x 4.2 m)
  • 16' x 18' (4.8 m x 5.4 m)

8. Roof

  • Slope (standard):
  • 4.38"/12 or 35/100.

9. Other:

  • Other specifications or dimensions available upon request.
